Return Policy

We have a customer friendly No Question Asked 3 days Return policy for customers residing in India:

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order would not be cancelled once it is shipped.
  2. Refund will be made to the source account for prepaid orders.
  3. Refund will be made to the bank account for the cash on delivery(COD) orders.
  4. For COD orders, buyer need to furnish the bank account details with us.

Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
  2. Please do make video while opening the parcel. This will help you in settling the claims, if any, for future reference.
  3. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account using the same email id which is used while placing the order. 
  4. Return request will not be accepted through any other social media platform.
  5. To return the product, a customer need to send a email stating his/her Order ID & Reason for Return. Alternatively a customer can send whatsapp too at +91 99914 25332 sharing Order ID & Return's Reason.
  6. Once a return request has been placed with customer service, it usually takes 2-3 business days to have the product picked from your place and another 7-10 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by quality check department. 

Exchange Policy:

  1. We do not entertain exchage facility. If a customer is unsatisfaied with the product, the they can return the shipment as mentioned above.

Return Policy for International Orders:

  1. We have No Return & No Exchange Policy for orders outside India.
  2. International Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours from the time of product/products ordered.
  3. Once order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
